My Business is Tax Exempt. Will I be charged Tax? Only Florida Customers
are charged sales tax. Florida requires taxes be charged unless a
SIGNED Florida Resale Tax Certificate is received. When placing an
order add a note in the “Special Instructions” box stating your
certificate was faxed. Taxes will be removed once the order is
downloaded. NOTE: Joissu will NOT reimburse taxes unless Tax
Certificates are received in the same month the order is shipped. If
not received in the same month, the customer will be responsible to
claim taxes on their returns. Your tax certificate remains on file
and taxes on future orders will be removed until the certificate
Are all your products shown on line?
Yes. In fact, it is a good idea to visit the site often as we update
the site with available products, monthly specials and HOT NEW ITEMS
daily. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, it will show “Out
of Stock”. When the arrival date of an out of stock item is
known, the expected date will show. Please visit the site often as
we update several times a day!
Why Should I Register?
Registering allows you to log into your website account at anytime
to check the status of orders, past and present. It also enables you
to retain products on a “Wish List”, duplicate a previous order and
to receive promotional e-mails with special pricing and order

The wish list is your personal tool for retaining products for later
review. It is also helpful to place any “Out of Stock” items into
the wish list that you desire to purchase when they become
available. When the items arrive they will show that they are ready
to add to your cart.
What is a Key Code and how can I get one? Key Codes are basically Coupons that
are periodically sent out to our Registered Customers. They often
offer discounts that can be applied directly to an order. To receive
our Key Codes, other promotions and sales notifications all you have
to do is to register on-line with a valid e-mail address and your

in stock in the quantities required? We
normally keep ample inventory in stock on most of our items.
Although we typically call our customers regarding any significant
shortages, we recommend that if your quantity needs to be exact,
place a note in the “Special Instructions” box requesting you be
notified if the order cannot be filled completely. You can also call
our customer service department to check availability of items.
How do you handle partial back orders?
Neither the item that is back ordered, nor the shipping cost for the
back order, be charged to your Credit Card when the order is
shipped. Should the quantity shorted be of significant quantity, and
once the order is downloaded, a Customer Service Representative will
notify you before shipping the order. Otherwise the order will be
shipped with what was available (unless you placed a note in the
“special Instructions” box stating the order must ship complete).
Once the back order comes in, you will be notified. If the back
order is discontinued, Joissu Products will automatically remove the
back order from your order. Therefore, if you have not been notified
within 3 weeks that the item was available, please check your order
on-line to ensure it is still coming in.
Once I place an order, how can I be sure my order was received?
You will receive an
e-mail order confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
Approximately 3-4 hours after placing your order, you can log back
into your account to view your order status. In addition, make sure
your e-mail address is correct because as soon as your order is
shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.
How will you ship my order?
Our primary shipping method is UPS or FEDEX Standard Ground Service.
Should you require additional shipping services, such as 2day air,
truck shipments, etc, contact the Joissu Customer Service Center at
1-800-233-1681 with your request. We do NOT send to Post Office
How much will the shipping be?
We do not add "handling charges". Therefore, the cost of shipping
your order is determined solely by the size, weight and distance
that the order is shipping. In most cases the estimated shipping
charges reflected on the website will be very, very close or exactly
to what your charges will be.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Normally orders leave our Distribution Center within 2 -3 business
days. Then, just add the normal delivery time of UPS/FEDEX and you
will have your delivery date. Click here to see

orders out quickly and efficiently. Should your order need to arrive
before the scheduled delivery date, call our customer representative
for expedited shipping methods.
Once I’ve checked out can I make changes to my order?
Once you have checked out
(received an order confirmation number), you will have to call our
customer service department at 1-800-233-1681 to make changes.
Orders that are in the fulfillment process (final shipping stages)
may not be changed.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you haven't done so already, you will need to "Register". Once
you do, you can go to the website and log in to see order
status/history. In addition, once your order is shipped, you will
receive an e-mail with a tracking number that can be clicked on to
track your order.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes. We have a 3,500 square foot showroom in Orlando. Please feel
free to visit our showroom Monday – Friday 9am until 5pm EST.
Can I order on-line and pick up at your facility?
you must provide at least 3 business hours for the order to be
processed and you must add a note to the “Special Instructions” box
letting us know what date and time you plan to pick up the order.
Do You Ship to International Addresses? Yes.
However shipping to overseas locations can be a bit pricey.
The actual cost of shipping to overseas locations will not be
reflected correctly on the website. We recommend that you call our
customer service department at 1-800-233-1681 to place your order
and to determine the actual cost to ship your order overseas.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We will replace broken/damaged merchandise
provided we are notified within 10 days of receipt of the product.
Therefore, we suggest that you always check your merchandise as soon
as it is received. If a problem is detected with one of the
products, call our Customer Service Department immediately at
1-800-233-1681. If external damages to a package are evident, please
notify the delivery driver before accepting the package and retain
all packing material until you contact the Customer Service
Department. Items Returned without authorization will be refused.
