We are licensed and required to collect either sales tax or use tax unless you provide us with a valid Sales Tax Certificate (issued to resellers or non-profit institutions). Send us your Sales Tax Certificate, and taxes will be removed from your order. We will keep your Sales Tax Certificate on file until it expires. NOTE: Joissu will not reimburse taxes unless Sales Tax Certificate is received in the same month the order is shipped.
