Back Orders
A Customer Service Representative will notify you of any back ordered product.
Shipping
Shipping is not included in the price of the product.
Shipments normally leave our facility no later than 2 days after an order is placed and confirmed.

Returns
All sales are final unless otherwise agreed to by Joissu.
For Joissu to consider a return, the product must be damaged. Report the damaged item to Customer Service by calling 407-648-8746 within 5 business days of reciept. Returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price and applicable freight charges.
